The Fellowship of St. Silas is a pan-Orthodox Christian prison ministry whose goal is to work in a unified way on behalf of those who are behind prison walls. The many prisoners to whom we minister across the country simply desire to pray, repent and be nurtured in their faith.

Necessities

From time to time some of our more indigent prisoners send us requests to fund their prisoner accounts so that they can obtain basic necessities from the prison commissary.  Please let us know if you would like to help fund their accounts and we will make sure that the funds go to the specific prisoner's commissary account.

Books

Orthodox spiritual literature is one of the best ways that you can sponsor a prisoner and help provide them with spiritual nourishment that they may not otherwise get.  The only requirement is that the books are soft-bound.
